IMPORTANT information to read before booking.
By booking online you agree to be sent reminders about your appointments as well as our Sensus Health newsletters. this can be changed at anytime by opting out at the bottom of the emails.
Chiropractic Adjustment.
When booking this appointment I agree to being charged the full fee for this type of appointment. If you are on a care plan it will automatically deduct your agreed fee from your care plan. No discounts or vouchers can be added to this booking.
Should you not have been to see us in clinic in for 3 months or more , you need a longer appointment, a Review appointment. If you have not been in for more than 6 months or more we need to do a full Reactivation appointment. If this is the case, please email or call us to set that up. If you do not, your booked appointment may have to be changed and not be able to happen on the time you requested.

Please make sure you arrive in good time for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us no later than 48 hours prior to it.
Cancellations or changes made to your appointment after that or if you fail to attend, you will not be eligible for a refund and may be charged.
